Order Placement
Shopping at the GEICO Store is quick and easy. Orders can be placed by selecting the item(s) you like, adding your quantity into the “QTY” box, and clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
Shipping Timeline
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of receipt.
Please be advised that selecting USPS Priority Mail 2-Day is not the same as selecting expedited shipping options such as UPS 2nd Day Air or Standard Overnight services. USPS Priority Mail 2-Day is not a guaranteed shipping service that will guarantee your order to arrive at your designated destination within 2-days of placing your order. If your order is event driven we recommend selecting a guaranteed shipping couriers service such as FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air in order to make sure your order arrives in time.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges (unless merchandise is defective), within 30 days of purchase. Please print out the Return and Exchange form that is located at the bottom of this page. Fill it out and include it with your return. Please return your item(s) to: GEICO C/O SureShip 9001 Hampton Overlook, Capitol Heights, MD 20743.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the item that you would like to exchange and include a check for $5.99 made out to SureShip to cover the cost of the reshipment and handling of the item(s). Please download the Return and Exchange form that is located at the bottom of this page. Fill it out and include it with your exchange. Subsequently, we will reship your exchange order.
